Who Is Jones Andrews?

Ok can I be honest with yall for a second???(Waits for response) Aight cool, well a nigga ain’t had television for a few months now so anything I watch is via the internet. But before my cable was cut off I did get to watch an episode of some new show called FLASHFORWARD that ABC was premiering and I was hooked from that moment on.

Basically, the show was about how the whole entire world blacked out for exactly 2minutes and 17seconds on a random day. While blacked out the whole world gets to see their future and that is where things get interesting. Throughout the show some people try to prevent the things they saw from happening while others try to do everything to make sure their futures do in fact come true.

The cast was full of big names and they all were believable in their roles. I am a big fan of twists and turns during a tv show and FLASHFORWARD had so many that I looked forward to getting on my laptop every Friday morning to catch the newest episode.

To make a long story short, I heard that ABC will be canceling FLASHFORWARD only after its first season. When I first heard the news I wanted to go to ABC headquarters and smack the shit out of whoever made this decision. I feel that they didn’t even give the show a chance to blossom and now unless another network picks up the show, FLASHFORWARD will never get the shine that it deserved.

I thought long and hard about what may be the reason that a show so intriguing and action packed as this one would get canceled and I feel that the most standout reason is “Reality TV.” Shows from “Dancing With The Stars” to “Survivor” have really taken the wind out of the sails of dramas and action shows such as FLASHFORWARD. I mean honestly who actually gives a shit about that show, “WIPEOUT”??? I know I don’t. Anyway I know this is a pretty long post but I feel that I owe this to all the FLASHFORWARD fans out there who used to look forward to watching this show every week. After all this though, I know one thing ABC.com won’t be getting anymore hits from me if they do actually cancel this show.
